Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Grays
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full time | Fixed term contract
About the Role
We are working with a well established, growing organisation based in the Grays area who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant on a contract until early next year.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and code supplier invoices accurately
- Resolve invoice and payment queries
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain supplier records
- Support month-end and the wider finance team
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience within an Accounts Payable function
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
