Are you looking for a genuinely rewarding role where your work truly makes a difference? We are seeking a Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Butlers Park Way, supporting autistic adults to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.

This is a person-centred role where you will empower individuals to make choices, develop independence, and take part in activities they enjoy within the community.

Meet the Team:

Our Club 21 site is a lively day service provision that supports 8 individuals (male & female). The service is based on three floors and has individual areas as well as communal areas to meet the needs of the people they support. The individuals participate in a wide range of activities within the community including horse riding, swimming, visiting local zoos and museums, and attending courses at the local adult education centre. They also like a spot of baking back at Club 21. The specialist staff team in situ is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to their award-winning team and has suggested we let you know they love a bit of karaoke!

If you are a positive, forward-thinking, and compassionate Specialist Support Worker (hopefully you love a sing-along as much as they do) then we would love to hear from you.
