Graduate Academic Tutor - Primary School
Temp to Perm | ASAP or September 2026 Starts | £95-£110 per Day
Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in a primary school setting? Do you have a passion for education and supporting young learners academically?
We are currently recruiting Graduate Academic Tutors to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in friendly, inclusive primary schools. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology or pastoral support.
The Role:
As a Graduate Academic Tutor, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group academic support in literacy and numeracy
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
- Assist children who may need additional support with confidence and engagement
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
About You:
- A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)
- A genuine interest in primary education
- Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting learning
- Considering teacher training or a long-term role in education

- £95-£105 per day, paid weekly
