Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer – Remote (Herefordshire Patch)
Contract: 6–12 Months (Temporary)
We are currently partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer for a fully remote contract role covering the Herefordshire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and confident ASB professional who thrives in managing complex cases and working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution
- Investigate complaints, gather evidence, and engage with residents and partner agencies
- Take appropriate enforcement action where necessary (e.g. warnings, notices, legal action)
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including local authorities and police
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- Proven experience handling ASB cases within a Housing Association or Local Authority
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
- Excellent communication, investigation, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Immediate or short notice availability is highly desirable
