What you'll do Plan, execute, and troubleshoot production trials across EMEA Create manufacturing instructions, trial plans, and technical reports Support product quality, tasting, and technical qualification Build strong relationships internally and with manufacturing partners Ensure smooth transition from trial to full‑scale production What they're looking for 3 - 4 years' experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing Strong technical understanding and a practical, proactive mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder skills Flexibility to travel ( up to 50% internationally ) Why join?
