Junior Applications Technologist Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire (On-site) Competitive We're looking for an applications technologist to support the development of food and beverage prototypes, this is a hands-on role covering formulation, prototyping and testing across multiple product categories. What you'll be doing: Creating and testing food & drink prototypes Working across beverages, powders, dairy & plant-based Assessing flavour, sweetness, and overall sensory quality Running trials and turning results into real insights Supporting customer projects & external partners What we're looking for: Degree in Food Science / Food Tech / Nutrition Passion for hands-on product development and formulation Detail-focused and organised Keen to learn and experiment Comfortable in a lab / kitchen environment Must have full right to work and not require sponsorship Bonus points if you've done a placement, worked with sweeteners/flavour or sports nutrition Why this role?
