Job overview An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join the Paediatric Division as a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Directorate General Manager and wider Directorate Leadership Team. This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment, where your skills will make a real impact on the lives of children and families we serve. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide high-level, confidential and proactive support to a multidisciplinary team that includes the Directorate General Manager, Clinical Lead, Clinical Director, Consultants, and the Service Manager. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations, contributing directly to the success of strategic and clinical initiatives across the division. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a proven track record in administrative or PA roles—ideally within a healthcare or similarly complex setting—and will thrive when working under pressure with competing priorities. You’ll need to be proactive, adaptable, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for supporting high-quality patient care.
