You will be a highly motivated individual, with the ability to motivate and influence others, suggest and implement ideas to improve service performance and efficiency and will have excellent communication skills. Main duties of the job Working as part of a multi professional team, your main objectives will be to provide full record clerk duties on the CDC reception, developing efficient and effective services, managing resources to achieve national and local quality and performance targets. You will be responsible for working closely with the nurses and clinicians and Team Leaders providing expertise in the proactive management of patient pathways. You will be responsible for the day to day reception duties, and any admin work. This includes all activity in relation to patient attendance, ensuring effective management of referrals and appointments, monitoring & answering patient phone calls.
