Conveyancing Assistant

A well-established law firm in Portsmouth is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy and growing property team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with existing commercial property experience who wants to build on their knowledge in a supportive, well-structured environment. You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners and be involved in a wide range of transactions from the outset. The firm has a consistent flow of work and a solid client base, including local businesses, investors and developers, offering good exposure to quality matters. The role will include: Assisting on a range of commercial property transactions Supporting with acquisitions and disposals, leases and landlord & tenant work Drafting documents and handling correspondence Liaising with clients, agents and third parties Helping to keep transactions progressing and files organised What they’re looking for: Previous experience in Commercial Property (paralegal or assistant level) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills and a professional approach A proactive attitude and willingness to learn You’ll be joining a collaborative team where support is readily available, and your contribution will be recognised.
