Advert Executive Location: Blackpool (on-site) Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, design led business to recruit an Advert Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in account management within a creative, client focused environment. You will begin by supporting the wider account team before progressing into managing your own portfolio of client relationships. The role combines client communication, coordination of deliverables and maintaining accurate systems and records to ensure a smooth and professional service is delivered at all times. The Opportunity You will start by assisting experienced account managers, helping to manage client communications, track deliverables and keep projects moving efficiently. Over time, you will take ownership of your own client accounts and manage relationships end to end. This is a development focused role with clear progression into full account management responsibility. What You Will Be Doing Supporting account managers with client communications via email, phone and video calls Requesting, organising and reviewing artwork or copy before passing to design teams Ensuring all submitted materials meet required standards and providing feedback where needed Keeping clients updated on production timelines, milestones and next steps Managing client check ins to ensure deadlines are met Building and maintaining strong client relationships Occasionally preparing and sending client introduction materials Coordinating small export freight shipments where required Maintaining accurate CRM records and updating internal systems About You Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with data and client information Professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and internal teams Curiosity, drive and willingness to learn and take on responsibility A positive attitude and strong reliability Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are most important. Working Hours Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Due to international clients, two days per week will require a later finish, typically Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays will always finish at 5pm.
