A well-established business in Poole is looking to recruit a confident and highly organised National Account Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term maternity contract. Working closely with the National Account Manager, this is a varied and fast-paced role offering both administrative and commercial support across a portfolio of retail accounts. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, coordinating samples, maintaining accurate customer and factory data, liaising with suppliers and supporting the wider account management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a commercial retail supply environment, joining a small, friendly and productive team where you will play a key role and have the opportunity to grow over time. To be considered, you will need to be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Strong Excel skills are essential, along with good knowledge of Microsoft packages and databases. You will also need excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and the confidence to work on your own initiative. Location: Office based in Poole Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:00 Friday
