KEY OBJECTIVES Create a welcoming, energetic first impression for every guest Manage bookings, calls, and walk-ins with confidence and efficiency Help maintain a smooth flow of service and a vibrant atmosphere CORE RESPONSIBILITIES I. Guest Experience & First Impressions Warmly greet and seat guests, creating an immediate sense of hospitality Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins effectively Answer phones and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and personality Keep guests informed on wait times and ensure a seamless arrival experience Capture and record guest preferences and key data to personalise future visits Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism II. Floor Flow & Coordination Work closely with the floor and management team to manage table allocation Liaise with management and the Head of Events & Sales to coordinate large bookings and special requests Monitor service flow and pacing to optimise covers and guest experience Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
