Job Description

INK is an award-winning creative post-production studio with offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam and New York, known for pushing boundaries across Stills, Motion, and CGI and collaborating with the world’s most iconic brands. We are looking for an organised and proactive Moving Image Post Producer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing post-production projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring workflows run smoothly and projects are delivered to a high creative and technical standard. The successful candidate will be confident overseeing edit-led projects, coordinating teams and acting as a key link between clients, creatives, and technical staff. Previous hands-on experience within post-production is essential. Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities Manage multiple post-production projects simultaneously from briefing through to final delivery Work closely with the Head of Production to schedule resources and plan project timelines Oversee edit schedules and ensure projects remain on time and within budget Coordinate editors, colourists, sound designers, and other post-production specialists Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams Monitor project progress and support creative and technical decision-making Ensure all deliverables meet required technical specifications and quality standards Identify and resolve workflow, scheduling, or resource challenges efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and post-production records Skills & Experience Proven experience working within post-production in a production company, agency or post facility Strong understanding of post-production workflows, particularly editing processes Working knowledge of colour grading and finishing stages Experience managing edit-heavy projects from start to delivery Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Desirable Familiarity with industry-standard post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer) Experience working across commercials, social content, music promos, editorial content, and broadcast projects Experience coordinating in-house talent, freelance talent, and external suppliers Understanding of delivery specifications across multiple platforms and formats
