£13.05 per hour + bonus (after 6 months) + overtime at 1.5x

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Packer to join our busy Cradley Heath operation.

This is a fast-paced environment handling stainless steel fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws), where accuracy and consistency are critical. If you take pride in getting things right first time and can keep up with a steady workflow, we want to hear from you.

🔧 The Role

• Picking small components (nuts, bolts, screws) to order
• Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Labelling and checking orders for accuracy
• Working to pick lists and order sheets
• Supporting goods-in and stock put-away when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

⚡ Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
• Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Overtime available paid at 1.5x rate

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail – mistakes are not acceptable in this role
• Reliable and punctual – we need people we can depend on
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good work ethic and team attitude
