Β£13.05 per hour + bonus (after 6 months) + overtime at 1.5x
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Packer to join our busy Cradley Heath operation.
This is a fast-paced environment handling stainless steel fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws), where accuracy and consistency are critical. If you take pride in getting things right first time and can keep up with a steady workflow, we want to hear from you.
π§ The Role
- Picking small components (nuts, bolts, screws) to order
- Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
- Labelling and checking orders for accuracy
- Working to pick lists and order sheets
- Supporting goods-in and stock put-away when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
β‘ Working Hours
- Monday β Thursday: 10:30am β 7:30pm
- Friday: 9:30am β 6:30pm
- Overtime available paid at 1.5x rate
β What Weβre Looking For
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail β mistakes are not acceptable in this role
- Reliable and punctual β we need people we can depend on
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good work ethic and team attitude
