The Job you will do:

• A significant part of your role will involve applying your scientific knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.
• This could include analysing product performance, reviewing ingredient functionality, troubleshooting production issues, or supporting trials for new or improved products.
• You will also be involved in maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding company and industry standards for quality and food safety.
• The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and understand the full product lifecycle—from concept through to production and distribution.
• You will be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas, and continuously learn as you rotate or engage with different areas of the business.

About you:

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
• Strong interest in food manufacturing and product development
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
