What you need: Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence Ability to get to the hospital for shifts without any issues. Positive mindset Ability to deal with stressful situations. The ability to follow procedures Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Know how to, or be willing to learn how to complete logbooks Flexible in supporting the NHS staff Smart appearance with excellent hygiene To be reliable with excellent time-management skills Your role at the hospital will be: To maintain the safety and welfare of the NHS patients and staff Incident report (full training will be given) Completing Logbooks Supporting NHS staff with patients as and when needed To provide a friendly, approachable and reliable service
