Greengrocer Assistant Full Time or Part Time opportunities available (read below) Minimum wage - £15ph (DOE) High Wycombe We are a busy greengrocer who provide fresh, high-quality produce. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic full-time and part-time team members to join us. You will be part of a supportive, close-knit team where everyone plays an important role in keeping the shop running smoothly. The role This is a hands-on, active role in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be on your feet throughout the shift, moving stock, lifting boxes, and keeping the shop floor fully stocked and visually appealing. Attention to detail is important, as you will be arranging fresh produce to a high standard, ensuring everything looks fresh and clean. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in presentation, and thrives as part of a hardworking team. Stocking and displaying fresh fruit and vegetables Keeping produce looking fresh, tidy, and well-presented Unloading and loading delivery vans Organising stock and ensuring boxes are disposed of correctly Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the shop The candidate Someone looking to work around family commitments Someone seeking their first job Excellent verbal communication Would suit someone who enjoys practical and active work Happy to work in a cold/ cool environment (depending on time of year) What to expect A physically demanding and busy role Work in a cold environment at times (due to fresh produce storage) A supportive and friendly team atmosphere Working hours Full-Time Position: up to 37.5 hours, days can be flexible to suit Part-Time Position: A minimum of 4 hours each week up to 30, days can be flexible to suit.
