Job Purpose The purpose is to develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Job Overview A Corporate Security Guard is in charge of safeguarding the safety and security of commercial property and its visitors. Your responsibilities will include interacting with employees at your company and ensuring that visitors enter the building using the proper process. You will need a positive attitude toward people and challenges. Main Duties and Responsibilities You will be the first line of defence against any potential threat to both the employees and visitors. You will need to be on the lookout for suspicious behavior and activity Deal with any conflict in an appropriate manner if required and ensure that activities are accurately recorded, reported, and documented in high-quality (verbal and/or written) reports Interact with members of the public and have the capacity to act with integrity and honesty while treating people with respect in challenging situations. Requirements A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence Be always alert and vigilant to detect suspicious behaviour and activity Be physically fit Excellent concentration skills Communicate clearly with team members and people
