ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established mixed NHS and private dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist. INDEPENDENT Modern, family run practice Mixed NHS and Private Nr Hunstanton, West Norfolk 3 days per week (flexible Tue-Fri) Up to 5000 UDA available Negotiable UDA rate depending on experience 50% on private & labs Fully digital practice with intraoral scanners, cameras, and on-site CBCT Permanent position Reference: JG100114 This is a well-established two-surgery practice in Norfolk offering a genuinely attractive mix of NHS and private dentistry. The practice has been recently refurbished and operates a fully digital workflow, with intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, and an on-site CBCT scanner. The practice is run by a hands-on principal team with a supportive and friendly team, and the clinical environment is modern and well-maintained. The associate will be working three days per week, available across Tuesday to Friday, with an NHS allocation of up to 5,000 UDAs and a competitive UDA rate. On the private side, the practice has a stable and growing patient base, currently seeing between 30 and 40 new private patients per week. Private treatments offered in-house include composite bonding, clear aligners, and implants, and there is genuine scope for the right candidate to develop their private earnings alongside a solid NHS foundation. A hygienist is also in place one day per week. The role would suit an experienced associate or a strong foundation dentist looking for their next step. Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing NHS and private dental treatment in the UK.
