We are looking to recruit a Administration Assistant within our Temporary Staffing Team on a permanent contract. The post holder will assist the Team Lead in providing a comprehensive high quality temporary staffing and advisory service to all users of the department over 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. This role provides extensive temporary staffing solutions, primarily by sourcing a variety of clinical staff to work within our community hospitals and services across all sites. The service is operational on weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Main duties of the job In our busy environment you will be part of a team acting as the first point of contact via the phone and email for booking Bank and Agency workers into unfilled shifts and answering a variety of queries. The post holder will be part of a supportive team, providing an efficient and professional temporary staffing service to both our existing and new bank staff, Agencies and their workers and working closely with our clinical and management teams requiring staff.
