Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves visiting multiple clients during scheduled shifts, supporting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Shift Pattern:
Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Evening shifts: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
(Flexible working patterns may be available)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
Support with mobility and safe moving/handling
Assist with medication administration where required
Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration
Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support
Travel between clients' homes in the local area
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
Requirements:
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Kind, patient, and respectful attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Right to work in the UK
