Warehouse Order Pickers

M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in Northampton You will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 06:00 – 22.00 Pay Hourly rate of pay between £12.89 - £18 per hour (shift dependent) Job role Perform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising products Pick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucks Ensure meeting operational standards and customer service requirements Maintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practices Experience / Skills needed Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work in a team and on your own when required Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable M4 Specialist are an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
