Graduate Insights Analyst Manchester or hybrid working, £28,000 to £30,000 Hybrid - Manchester (2-3 days in the office per week) This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their analytics career to develop strong technical and commercial skills in a supportive, data-driven environment. You will gain hands-on experience working with modern data platforms, building robust analytics solutions, and translating data into insights that influence real business decisions. The Role You will join a growing insights and analytics team, contributing to the development of high-quality data products and reporting. Your work will directly support stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the design and build of scalable data pipelines and data models using Python in a cloud-based environment Creating clear and impactful data visualisations using tools such as Power BI Writing clean, efficient code and following best practice around version control and technical standards Assisting with the delivery of reports and insights within agreed timelines Working with stakeholders to understand requirements, supported by senior team members Developing your understanding of business metrics and how data supports operational and strategic decisions Keeping up to date with new analytics and cloud technologies to continuously build your skill set.
