Job Description
Working with a dynamic team in a high energy environment to maintain product quality, food safety & legal compliance. Key tasks include tasting freshly manufactured stocks, gravies, sauces and seasonings and comparing with previously approved products. Calibrating and monitoring parameters on laboratory and production equipment. Verification of production clean downs through equipment swabbing. Ensuring full product and raw material traceability is achieved. Verification of process record documentation for all production lines. Completing Good Manufacturing Practice audits of the site. Focus on H&S, Food Safety, general housekeeping and hygiene.
