Junior/Graduate Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of marketing campaigns, assist with scheduling content, and help ensure everything runs smoothly across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and publishing marketing campaigns
• Support the setup and management of competitions/promotions
• Monitor and update campaign trackers and performance sheets
• Ensure accuracy across all marketing materials and timelines
• Work closely with the wider team to keep campaigns on track

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to follow processes and manage routine tasks accurately
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of paid ads or digital marketing
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
