Secondary Schools Cover Supervisors across Huddersfield, immediately available We are currently seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis in secondary schools across kirklees, immediate startThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and supporting students' learning in a classroom setting. The RoleAs a day-to-day supply Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Duties include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain on task Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Providing a calm, positive, and productive learning environment Supporting students with their work where appropriate Adapting to different schools, subjects, and age groups (KS3 and KS4) Work can range from single-day cover to short-term assignments, depending on school requirements and your availability. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar setting (desirable) Confidence in managing classroom behaviour Strong communication and organisational skills A flexible, professional, and reliable approach An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Degree-level education or relevant experience (preferred but not essential) Why Work With Us?
