Within the position of Cleaning Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy. Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering a clean, tidy office space to our client site ensuring best practice at all times. The cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and touchpoints. Mopping and vacuuming of designated areas. The cleaning of all sanitary areas, toilets and showers, as well as tea points and the replenishment of washroom and kitchenette consumables Responsible for carrying out deep cleans, specialist cleans and periodic cleans. Ensure the disposal of waste in the correct receptacles. Responsible for the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials and reporting of any repairs required to the management team. Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with company/manufacturer’s operating procedures. To be aware of Clients’ Fire, Health and Safety and Security Procedures. Ad hoc projects to meet with the demands of the business and undertake any additional duties requested of you by your Line Manager.
