Temporary Receptionist - for up to 6 months, based in Newmarket
📍Location: Newmarket
💷Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour
⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile and provide them with excellent service. 😊
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for the clinic.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and patient records management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Who is available to work immediately
- Has previous experience working on a reception desk
- Friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
