We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Coalville. You will play a key role in managing orders, resolving queries and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.
About the Role
Main Responsibilities
• Manage the sales and vendor order processes, ensuring efficient administration and high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers via our Antalis Web Chat Facility, managing customer queries efficiently and escalate when required.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Credit Control to resolve customer queries.
• Identify process improvements and support best practice across the team by sharing learnt lessons to the wider team.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and meet daily KPI and performance targets.
