This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, ideal for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing tailored support to pupils across the primary age range. You will work both one-to-one and in small groups, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with their learning, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide additional support to children who may require extra help
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all learners

About You:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is advantageous
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning
