Psychology Graduate TA
Location - Manchester (M18)
Pay - £485-£575 per week, depending on experience
Start date - 27.04.2026
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

We are working with a well-established SEN school in Manchester (M18), providing a structured and nurturing environment for young people aged between 11-19 with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs.
Psychology Graduate TA Role:
- Supporting staff in delivering evidence-based interventions to promote emotional regulation
- Contributing to small-group and 1:1 support sessions
- Helping to develop strategies to enhance pupil engagement and motivation
What We're Looking For:
- A recent Psychology degree or equivalent
- A genuine interest in child development, educational psychology, or neurodiversity
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
To Be Eligible You Must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
- Be able to provide two professional child-related references
