Job Details:

• Pay: £20.00 per hour (PAYE) / £26.04 Ltd (Umbrella / LTD)
• Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (exact hours to be confirmed)
• Duration: Temporary (26 weeks)

Job Role: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical work within tenanted and void domestic properties across a social housing portfolio. The Electrician will be expected to deliver a high standard of workmanship, carrying out inspections, testing, fault finding, and repairs. This Electrician role also involves diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently, including work on various types of domestic systems such as central heating controls. The successful Electrician must be confident working independently while maintaining safety and compliance standards at all times.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Time served Electrician
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical / Electrical Installations
• City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing
• ECS Card
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills within domestic properties

• Opportunity to be paid via Limited/Umbrella at £26.04 per hour
