The Graduate IT Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our partner's organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Group IT Team to continuously develop and manage IT infrastructure. Ensure alignment of IT security policies and procedures with all IT hardware and software components. Take the lead on new infrastructure projects aimed at improving efficiency and functionality. Offer expert advice on system enhancements and optimizations. Efficiently manage the helpdesk ticket system to ensure prompt user support and issue resolution. Keep abreast of current technology trends to identify opportunities for system improvement and competitive advantage. Engage stakeholders within the organization, clients, and retailers to formulate improvement strategies.
