Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, as Specifications & Technical Assistant your role has a major influence on the smooth running of the department. As part of the technical team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of instigating and managing through the technical product specifications for major customers in B2B food manufacturing and leading grocery multiple retailers, covering such day-to-day tasks as: Completing customer specifications using their various online systems and Word / Excel documents Managing timeframes and deadlines both internally and with customers Organising and housekeeping of all relevant documentation and systems Contributing to HACCP plan admin and BRC certifications This is a pivotal role within the company, requiring a confidence to work independently and as part of a team, customer facing and liaising with internal colleagues in the UK, France and Spain.
