Class 2 Hookloader Driver

Edge Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Hookloader Driver to work with our client based in Birtley. - Temp to perm work available

Job Details:

• Start time: between 4.00am - 5:00 AM
• Finish time: Around 3:00–4:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday with a potential for a Saturday shift as and when

Pay:

• £14.00 per hour for the first 8 hours
• £20.35 per hour after 8 hours
• £20.35 for any Saturdays worked

Requirements:

• Valid HGV2 license
• Experience driving hook loader vehicles
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN codes)
• Strong knowledge of UK road laws and good driving practices
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities'

• Delivering, collecting and exchanging containers on commercial customers sites and also servicing containers at HWRCs (household waste recycling centers) around County Durham.
• Transporting waste to disposal sites.
