This role is for you if:

• You can adapt quickly - different sites, different tasks, no drama
• You take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• You’re organised and can handle last-minute changes
• You’re happy to confirm your availability each week and stick to it
• You take pride in maintaining standards, even in unfamiliar environments
• You understand that stepping in last-minute keeps everything running for the client

If that doesn’t sound like you, that’s fine- this role isn’t for everyone.

This role is NOT for you if:

• You need the same routine every day
• You get stressed when plans change
• You can’t commit to providing your availability weekly
• You rely on constant direction to get things done
• You’re not comfortable travelling between sites
• You cut corners when no one is watching
• You don’t take responsibility for stepping in and sorting problems

You’ll be the person who keeps things running when gaps appear - covering sickness, holidays, and last-minute issues. That means trust, flexibility, and high standards matter more here than anywhere else in the team.
