This is a fieldbased role covering City of London, Crawley and the South East, where you'll be out on the road each day, delivering expert repairs and peace of mind in customers' homes and workplaces.
The RoleAs a Furniture Repair Technician, you'll assess, diagnose and repair a wide range of furniture, aiming for firstvisit resolutions and consistently high standards. You'll work independently but remain closely connected to a supportive team that values your expertise, ideas and feedback.
What You'll Do- Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wood and furniture items
- Deliver highquality, professional repairs with a customerfirst approach
- Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly
- Work towards firstvisit resolution and quality targets
- Promote care kits where appropriate
- Maintain your vehicle, tools and presentation to a high standard
- Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement
Essential
- Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
- Handson repair experience, ideally with furniture, wood or leather
- Confidence working in customers' homes and representing the business professionally
- A strong customerservice mindset
