About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analysts/Product Owner to join our Register and Authorisation Services Department to help to deliver our inflight digital portfolio of Register and Gateway forms programmes.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analysts/Product Owner to join our Register and Authorisation Services Department to help to deliver our inflight digital portfolio of Register and Gateway forms programmes.
Key responsibilities include;
- Conducting Analysis to support the development of requirements/user stories
- Writing the requirements/User Stories
- Documenting Acceptance Criteria
- Supporting Testing of user stories
- Supporting queries on the new products
- Input into to weekly status reporting
- Has held a role(s) as “Product owner” or “Business Analyst”
- Substantial project/programme environments involving business & IT change.
- Business analysis experience within any of the following types of organisations/sectors: financial services, government/regulatory body, technology, consultancy
- Vast knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques and best practice approaches, including end-to-end requirements management. Shows pragmatism in being able to select and adapt the right approach for the right situation.
- Experienced in using JIRA
- Can quickly develop domain knowledge to credibly engage with stakeholders on the problem statement.
- Delivers quality outputs at pace in both structured, and fluid/challenging project environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills. Builds strong engagement with SMEs, and establishes good relationships with business sponsors, project stakeholders, and supplier delivery teams.
- Experience of working with Salesforce products
- Business acumen in either financial services or financial regulation
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment
- Experience in Business Architecture and wider business design functions.
- Experience of Business Change
- Experience of Testing
