Fitness Coach - South Wimbledon, London Who We Are: F45 Training is group fitness, with the effectiveness and attention of a personal trainer. Our world-class, functional training sessions are designed so that anyone can participate, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. At F45 South Wimbledon, we're building a community of people who show up, work hard, and support each other. Our coaches are at the heart of that, not just leading sessions, but shaping the culture of the studio. The Role: Coach F45 Sessions: Deliver high-energy, technically excellent group training sessions that reflect the quality F45 is known for globally. Put Form First: Cue, correct, and coach members through movement, ensuring quality and safety at every station. Build the Community: Create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every member feels part of the team, whatever their level. Show Up with Energy: Bring the intensity and enthusiasm that makes an F45 session unmissable, every single time. Support the Team: Attend team meetings, contribute to studio events, and help grow F45 South Wimbledon's presence in the local area. Who we’re looking for: We're looking for passionate, energetic coaches to join the F45 South Wimbledon team. If you love bringing the energy, pushing people to be their best, and being part of something bigger than a single workout, this is the role for you! You should be able to say yes to all of the following: A genuine passion for coaching and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals Meticulous about form, you're a coach, not a cheerleader Endless energy and enthusiasm, session after session A team-first attitude, you thrive in a collaborative environment You embody health and fitness in your own lifestyle You love building community and being part of one Candidates to have the following: Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential) Valid First Aid certificate and personal liability insurance Minimum 2 years' PT or group coaching experience preferred Availability to coach at least one morning and one evening slot per week Availability to coach Friday evening, Saturdays and Sundays on rotation (not every week) Minimum availability of 15 hours per week Availability for attendance at monthly team meetings What you’ll earn: £20 per session during a 3-month probationary period £25 per session following successful completion of probation Extra £5 per session for Friday evening and Saturday classes Long-term commission structure planned across the team, tied to studio growth
