Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any order discrepancies. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Administrator should have: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Sales administration experience. Proficiency in using relevant software for data entry and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle queries professionally. Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is advantageous.
