Job Description
Primary objectives for the GP Referral Fitness Instructor will be: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the GP referral programme. To promote the programme with local health professionals and Parkwood Healthcare. To promote excellence of customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communication and selling skills. To take responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation of the health and fitness facilities. To drive the Expressions brand and specifically adhere to all operational and sales procedures. To analyse statistics from the GP referral programme in order to evaluate the success of the scheme. To maintain your professional qualification and to attend and complete any relevant CPDs or further qualifications requested by management to help develop the GP referral scheme.
