Your new role This is an administrative, data‑entry‑focused role requiring strong attention to detail and data management skills. This Phase 1 project focuses on cleaning and consolidating executive and speaker contact data for major events, creating a high-quality, usable dataset quickly. It is intended to show early value to senior stakeholders and set a clear approach for future phases. The role involves bringing together existing contact lists, removing duplicates, standardising data, filling in missing information where possible, and recording past engagement. It will also support the creation of a single master dataset and document a repeatable process for expanding the database in Phase 2.
