Job Description

If you're a Credit Controller who actually enjoys the chase, knows how to handle stakeholders, and wants to work in a high growth business, this one's one to look at. This isn't a "sit back and wait" role, they need someone who can get stuck in, build relationships, and drive cash collection properly. What will you be doing? You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for keeping cash coming in and debtor days under control. Chasing overdue invoices (phone + email - no hiding behind the inbox) Making sure debts are paid within agreed terms Building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Handling queries and resolving invoice disputes Spotting changes in payment behaviour before they become problems Managing invoicing through client portals Reconciling accounts and keeping records watertight Supporting wider finance tasks like cash posting and reporting What do you need? Experience in credit control / accounts receivable A solid understanding of sales ledger processes Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels The ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload Good Excel skills (nothing too advanced, but you need to be comfortable) You'll be joining a global business with a good reputation.
