Registered Nurse

Location: Heathfield Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Temporary (Ongoing) MedGen Healthcare is looking for caring and reliable Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care within the community. This role involves supporting patients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. The Role As an RGN, you will provide safe and effective nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards. Deliver person-centred nursing care in patients’ homes Monitor and record vital signs and general health observations Administer medication as required Support with general nursing tasks such as wound care and basic clinical procedures Provide emotional support to patients and their families Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records Requirements Active NMC Pin (RGN) Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Basic Life Support and Manual Handling training Driving licence (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Competitive Pay Rates: £36.00 – £43.00 per hour Mileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles) Recognition & Rewards: Length of Service Awards & Employee of the Month Why Join MedGen Healthcare?
