Job Description Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times Act as the first point of contact for customer support issues Liaise with internal teams when necessary Diagnose and resolve software and application issues Set up, maintain, and remove user network and email accounts Provide remote support for a user base of 800+ end users Maintain clear communication with customers via phone, portal, and remote tools Apply a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving The Successful Applicant A successful Support Technician should have: Strong interest in IT (previous IT or application support experience preferred) Well-organised, self-motivated, and proactive Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional phone manner Ability to work independently and under pressure Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of PC/desktop architecture What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £29,000 per annum.
