Personal specification:
- At least 1 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to negotiate
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter
- Must be personable and approachable
- Good computer skills
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary for this role will include a basic of £22,000 to £25,500, plus on target earnings of £40,000 to £45,000.
