Swimming Teachers Level 2 - Multiple Sites Across Manchester Reporting to: Pool Coordinator/Aquatics Manager Job Purpose: To be responsible for planning and delivering learn to swim sessions to children and adults. Salary: All posts are for 52 weeks per year unless otherwise stated. Salary circa £27,070 Person specification: Essential qualification SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming Desirable skills A minimum of Level 2 swimming teacher qualification. A sound knowledge of all areas of the swimming programme. The ability to relate and communicate with people of all ages and deal with associative issues and situations. An understanding of child development. The ability to be well planned. The ability to be flexible. The ability to monitor, evaluate and be prepared to change plans where necessary. The ability to keep an accurate record. The ability to work on your own initiative and to work as part of a wider team.
