Job Duties:

• Oversee the compliance process for employees and new starters, managing security passes from start to finish 🔑


• Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference and background checks, ensuring accuracy and correctness✅


• Maintain our Compliance database daily, updating any changes as needed


• Support HR-related training programs and workshops, contributing to various ad-hoc projects📚


• Manage external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement, and tracking


• Assist in coordinating the Company's induction week, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires🎉


• Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements


• Help manage apprenticeship documentation and related administrative tasks

• Previous administration experience is essential; experience within a training team or HR environment is a bonus


• Exceptional attention to detail is a must!


• You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love tackling new challenges


• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise your workload effectively


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software; eagerness to learn other software programs and HRIS systems 💻
