Forklift Driver (Counterbalance )

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for a Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, so if you are looking for the next step in your career, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Location: Hythe
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 3‑week rolling rota, including some weekends and late shifts
Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently


• Loading and unloading deliveries


• Moving stock to designated storage areas


• Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any faults


• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment


• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
