Relief/Bank Nursery Practitioner Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Worcester, WR1 3JR Salary: up to £12.71 per hour Contract Type: Relief / Flexible Hours Hours: Between 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for genuine flexibility without compromising on quality? What We’re Looking For Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant) Solid understanding of the EYFS and experience supporting children’s development Confident working flexibly across different rooms, age groups, and teams Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures Warm, caring, and professional communication skills A genuine commitment to high‑quality, inclusive childcare Your Role Support our team in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities Step into different rooms as required, ensuring continuity of care Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, colleagues, and families Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Contribute to observations, planning, and record‑keeping Uphold our safeguarding procedures, EYFS requirements, and health & safety standards Why Join Shooting Stars Worcester?
